Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Design details — the date, time, place, and text you put on a map. Stored so your order can be re-rendered and edited.
• Email address — from checkout (via Stripe) or if you save a design with one. Used for order emails and, if you opted in, launch updates.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Anonymous usage analytics — page views and funnel events without cross-site tracking, cookies for advertising, or sale of data.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, run third-party ad trackers on the site, or email you marketing you didn't ask for.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, email delivery, analytics), and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (location search — your typed place queries are proxied through our server, not sent from your browser).

AI features

Text you type into "describe the moment" or the inscription helper is processed by a language model to fill in your design; it is not used to train models and is not stored beyond the resulting design.

Deletion

Email support@pluripy.com with your order or design link and we'll delete the associated data within 30 days.
